My Mortgage is the online environment for customers with a mortgage of a.s.r. In this app you will find everything about your mortgage and you can easily arrange your mortgage matters yourself.

To log in, you need an account for My Mortgage.

1) Log in with your e-mail address and password that you use for My Mortgage.
2) Enter the SMS code that you receive via your telephone.
3) Your account has been activated! Now choose your own pin code.
4) At the next login attempt, the app asks for face recognition or
        fingerprint.
5) From now on you can always log in with face recognition or fingerprint.


What can you do with the MijnHypotheek app from a.s.r.?

• View your current mortgage details
• View and download annual statements and interest rate extension proposals
• Submit building depot declarations
• Allow your intermediary to view your mortgage details
• Repay one-off extra on your loan
• Repay an additional amount on your loan periodically
• If you have forgotten to pay your mortgage or if your monthly installment has been debited
        failed, you will receive a notification in the MijnHypotheek environment
• View your current and future affordability with the grace-free analysis
